Only approach shorter girls. When I say approach, I mean literally ignore girls who are taller or the same height as you. Pretend as if they don't exist.

If it's much comfort to you, I feel like anything under 6 feet, a lot of women would consider 'short'. So doesn't matter if you're 5'5 or 5'8. You're still not her number once choice, either way.
