How do you all feel about picnic dates?

Love them! The classic picnic at a local park or beach is always a nice idea I enjoy.

Taking a drive down to the lake and having a throw/blankets, cushions to set a picnic at the back of one's car is also special.

Going for a hike until you reach a lookout/river/waterfall as you carry some sandwiches, fruits, veggies, nuts, water in a backpack is also sweet.

they're nice, I don't know about a blanket on the grass though, I usually drive my truck to where we're going so we can eat in the cab or just lay in the bed, if not I like the actual designated picnic tables at state parks/trails honestly at least for the eating

one of my exes hated having picnics though and just liked the hiking part lol

They’re wonderful! Provided the weather is nice. It’s feel more casual than formal and you can be creative as you like because you got a lot of space!

I used to bring a hibachi and some coals to cook some things up. Shrimp in butter in tinfoil is easy. But I man]only did burgers. Although a steak would be nice as well but will need a better knife. Maybe bring some wet naps.
