Do girls really care about guys height?

My ex was like 5ft 7 but was like really charming , cute and respectful. His height height neve really affected him.
But is it true for all cases? Would girls only date a guy if he is like at least 6 ft. Girls and guys what do you think?

I tried dating shorter ones but didn't work out at all, from both sides. They only didn't mind it in bed, also im 5'11" so yes I want 6ft at least. My ex was 2m tall and I could wear heels next to him

The rule women have goes like this:

Ideal Perfect Height: Some height only the individual woman knows; usually 6'1" and above.
(Tolerance: 55% ideal man)

Great amazing height: AT LEAST six feet tall (no shorter).
(Tolerance: 65% ideal man)

Mediocre man/barely passable: At least taller than her, but still short/not tall (like 5'11" and under).
(Tolerance: 80% ideal man)

Unattractive man: Her height or shorter.
(Tolerance: 95% ideal man)

How much a woman is willing to let the height slide depends on how perfect the man is in other categories. In order to date a man shorter than her, the man needs to be like, 95% perfect in all other categories. To date a short-but-taller-than-her man, he needs to be like, 85% ideal in everything else. To date a tall man, he needs to be like, 65% ideal (which many men can easily fall into the category of, if not most). To date a man who is her ideal height, the man only needs to be like, 55% ideal, as in, one more positive trait than negative trait; that's it.

Most men are not 95% perfect, so most men who are shorter than the girl will be insta-rejected. While many men who are short will have a low chance of success, but can still succeed if they are high-quality in other traits besides not being tall.

I think this is the best possible way I can explain it to other people who don't get why women are so picky and selective with male height.

I think overtime the stop caring that much about a guy's height. My girlfriend initially rejected me because she said she's too tall for me but somedays later she apologised and said we should get into a relationship and now 4 months in we're going strong.

I don't know if that's exactly true or not i know that my SO both of her previous ex-husbands were both about 6ft tall and she is 5'5" and im 5'7" and from from all indications we have a better relationship than she ever had with either of her two ex-husbands before those relationship soured... I don't know if that answered your question but that's been my experience and observations

Yes and no. Height matters a lot for a lot of girls, but not every girl. In general, I wouldn't say being tall guarantees you'll have an easy dating experience, but it certainly doesn't hurt.
