Girl won’t stop playing hard to get? Should I make her jealous?

I’m 100% sure this girl likes me but keeps playing mind games and trying to make me chase her. I made the mistake of telling her that I like girls that make guys chase and she has been non-stop giving me the games since I told her that.
I've been persistent as I can because I know eventually the games will drop but I feel like I’m loosing my cards as time goes on and she going to know she has me wrapped around her finger.
I told her I know what she’s doing and that I don’t have time for it anymore after a couple months and she continues to ignore me and send subconscious messages that she still wants me to work for it.
I’ve never tried to make her jealous because I really never felt the need to but at this point I’m tired of it and want to see if this will work.
If I pretend to go on a date with one of my friends that’s a female and post pictures could this work to have her chasing me again?
