LOL! I had something similar happen to me with my first girlfriend. She was herself pretty hot--definitely in the top 5 hottest girls in my class. So not as stark as the situation you posed where one sister is hot and the other is unattractive. But her younger sister was SMOKING! In particular, her "little" sister was ANYTHING but in the boobs department. I do remember being over at her place once and I was sitting on the couch with my girlfriend, and her sister was sat on the ground in front of the couch and we were watching something on tv.
