Why is Bruce Lee the only Asian Male to challenge the stereotype of how badly we are portrayed in Hollywood?

I feel like there are just not too well known. Here are some I personally like:
Sung Kang in Fast and Furious and in Netflix movie Code 8

In Code 8 he married a white woman :D

Donnie Yen in Star Wars

Steven Yeun in general

He banged a white girl on camera :D

At least for me personally I like these examples.

How did he challenge stereotypes? He only completed one American movie.

Bruce Lees death catapulted him into worldwide stardom. If he hadn't of died an untimely death , before he had the chance to make it big-time , he may not be the masculine martial arts hero he is today

I liked Henry Golding in Crazy Rich Asians.
He played the leading man and got the most beautiful woman in the world.
I'm jealous of that Asian guy.

I totally agree that Asian actors need more diverse roles in hollywood.
All the time that people were complaining about black actors not having enough oscars I was like "What about Asian actors?"
