I am not a Virgo. I have no idea what would melt a virgo's heart. To melt someone's heart be it a man or a woman two things are very important. One is that the person should be such that they can be moved emotionally, they should be a person who goes by their feelings. If they are very logical, very rational then it is very tough to melt their heart as they would be ruled by head, in that case you will have to appeal to their logic, their head and not their heart.

Second is your words and actions should be so powerful and should have a strong impact on their mind or on their heart in order for them to reach the stage of melting their heart of impressing their mind.
