Definitely when the person does not understand the meaning of the word "No" and keeps insisting to want to pick you up when you clearly indicate that you are not interested.

This bothers me to no end because those guys think that by insisting, it will make a girl's opinion change. It is utmost frustrating to be considered as an object and not as a human being.

Bear in mind that not then entire male gender is like that but only a small percentage that give the guys in general a bad reputation.
