To be honest, if you want a date? No. A hookup, well, you figure that out. The one who will make the judgments is the guy you're going on a date with. You'll know by his expression. And whether or not he wants a 2nd one. But if you don't get the 2nd one. Then you'll more and likely know why. That's why you don't date strangers if they're a stranger. But your dressing way too revealing that says that you want to be screwed not loved or valued. That's the messages your sending. So, in the end, you have to decide what you want. But if you expect a real relationship, that is not how you get one. You have to dress the part you want and it may not be what you want to do if you want to keep and have a specific guy. Remember that not every man is the same. So a man who wants respectful women may not be happy that's how you dress. But again, remember, he gets the be the judge. So dress and go as you are, but again, if he doesn't like it, respect that he doesn't.
