So basically, you want a person that you can step on whenever you want and that does not complain or defends herself or accepts that nonsense when you do it, right?

That is what a doormat is. A place you can step on or misuse without having the fear that the mat rebels. That is the attitude of a pasha and I am not convinced that you would ever find that kind of person.
