Not below 5 feet, usually, but not above 6 feet is my preference.  Not below 5 because it seems weird after that low, I'm not very tall at 5'8 but still. As for 6 feet that's too high above me

Yes but from what I have seen its not as selective as women. I think they prefer shorter girls because they think their chances of success will be highest when asking out.

At 6'2", I'd rather have a girl that is 6 ft MAX. I don't know the lower limit but 5'1" is good. As long as your within that range, height isn't a factor for me anymore.

Not usually. If the hight difference is large enough subconscious questions about genetic compatibility then yes but generally consensus is your hight is the same when laying in bed.
