Girls, is 5'10 an ok height for guys?

I am 5'10 in height, but i always feel short. Everywhere i go i hear that girls perfer a guy who is 6'0 or even more than that. I'm afraid that girls dislike me because of my height. So um... what do you think? Is 5'10 a good height? fro guys Bad? Just ok?

No, it's a solid height. I am also 5'10 myself and have never been called short a day in my life. The women who prefer guys 6ft or up, tend to be quite tall themselves. 5'10 is actually above average height also, so you shouldn't be feeling short unless you live in the Netherlands. As well, there was a study done in the UK that postulated that 5'11 was ideal for men, and 5'6 was ideal for women. So take from that what you will, bug 5'10 is a good height. I always wanted to be 6ft of course, but I can't change my mind and I'm sure I am done growing, though some men can continue growing until 25.

If you're a solid 5'10 or even 5'9 that's great. A lot of people in general lie about their height so they could say they're 5'10 when they're actually much shorter. I'm almost 5'7 and would definitely date a 5'9-10 guy and not think about his height. That's around average for men anyway so only going for someone 6ft+ is unrealistic.

They might say that but if you're around average, your height shouldn't play into her decision that much. It's not like a girl will be with a 5'10 man and suddenly see some guy who's two inches taller and regret her decision.

Well sure. But for most women I would think that would only be in cases where he was shorter than her. The average man will be taller than the majority of women so I don't think it should present a real problem.

I'm 5'8" and that would be a good height for me. I'd only want a taller guy so I could wear heels ocasionally. But then again I can't walk in heels at all and they hurt so bad so it gives me an excuse not to wear them. So I kind of prefer a guy only 1-3 inches taller then me

I feel more protected with just a bigger guy in general. My ex was only 2 inches taller then me but was built pretty big and muscular so I felt really protected with him.

Hell yeah. Maybe i am just saying that because i am short (5'1") but i wish i was 5'4" and i really don't care for height. I like 5'4" guys and anything above. 5'10 is a great heigh many dudes would kill to be that tall. Don't worry about it (: if you feel short remember you are above average height so you are considered tall.

Average for a woman is 5'4" average for a man is 5'9" even though 5'8" is tall to me aha. And as long as he isn't shorter than me. Shouldn't be a problem because i have never met a full grown man who is 5 feet tall haha. I hate wearing heals so a guy my height and above would be great. If i had to pick a height for a partner i would probably go with 5'7 but generally i don't care taller guys are very attractive too.

I know how you feel. I am 15 and I'm 5'10, so I'm still growing but I do feel a bit short at times. For example, like three of my friends are 6'2 and there is another guy in my class that is 6'3 and he is my age as well, so at times I do feel kind of short.
