i use whitening strips for my teeth and i do it after i brush my teeth because if you do it before you brush your teeth you have to brush super super gently. If you do it after you brush your teeth make sure you wait 30 minutes after you brush your teeth because the dentist said if you do it right away it can be uncomfortable
The strips are not worth it and taste nasty. Use the crest whitening mouthwash. It works just as fast and you see results in like 2 days
Most sources say you should brush after & only a few said you should brush before but if you are going to brush before don’t use toothpaste just use water.

I use them after then I brush my teeth again to get rid of extra strip gunk.

I don’t know, If it’s true though.
Why not go to the dentist and do a teeth cleaning?
The strips are too expensive anyways!
After. Brush and floss and mouthwash first. Then whitening strips
After. Before and you’ll scratch the enamel that will already be soft/sensitive from the strips, and it will hurt like hell.
Brushing teeth with the strips on would be quite dumb.
After. Get all the junk off before using the strips.
