Hi, I'm a 19 year old guy and I'm 5'9 tall. Just a little worried because yesterday a girl I liked of about 5'4-5'5 called me short. Am I really that short for a guy? Most of my guy-friends are 5'8-5'10 anyway.
Is 5'9 an ok height for a guy?

Most of us guys forget that women pick up on WAY more interactional details than us guys do. She knows you like her and she's messing with you (5'9" is not short at all, btw).
My last girlfriend told me that I walk like a bear when we first met. I told her, "Thanks! That's totally what I was going for. Now, my cave or yours?" I got a smile out of that one and then picked on her little right back.
Lesson: Ball busting or insults from a woman are great opportunities to show that you have the confidence to hang in there and a sense of humor to respond back. Many guys mess this one up but now you know what to do.

5' 8" - 5'10" is the PERFECT height range for a guy. Many might say 6'+ range but that is TALL. everybody cannot be tall. Some have to be "average/above average".
Besides girls look amazing in the 5'3" - 5'5" range and that height goes much better with YOUR height range.

I'm 5'10" so compared to me you're kinda short but I believe 5'9" is actually pretty average for a guy so not short unless you're from like.. the Netherlands or smth

you can drive a small scooter to a big bike and look cool & cute both at the same time which 6 feet guys can't
When dealing with child you’ll be loved but 6 feet people will be treated as giants
In the old age also you’ll be energetic if you're a little athletic but 6 feet or 6ft+ guys have to maintain themselves a lot after 50
you can be cool, sexy, cute, attractive, look like a boy, look like a man , look like an old man, date all girls , do whatever you want

Dude you're average height for a guy. I'm 6'4" so I would personally consider you to be short, but that's just relative to me. I consider most guys to be short but in reality it's just that they're normal height and I'm way above average.

Its an acceptable height but most girls would probably prefer guys who are over 6ft. However since there are only so many guys who are over 6ft to go around not every girl can end up with one. So they settle with a shorter guy.

Honestly, you pretty much have no chance. Girls prefer guys that are at least 6 foot or over. Any man shorter than that is generally highly unappealing for a woman.
