Do women still need the protection of men?

We live in a very different age now than ever. Women in todays world no longer require men to protect them from the evils of this earth even now more than ever. Women have their own strength and freedoms. Women don't need men to protect them in war's or even from other men. Women can defend themselves right?

They will always need men. Of men disappears at midnight who’s going to do all the jobs like plumbing, construction, brick layers, restoring power in the dead of winter, etc, etc, etc. Women have a much cushier life than women 100 years ago so it’s easier for them to talk nonsense sitting in their house that most likely was built by a man in their air conditioned room thanks to a man. Typing nonsense on their computer that was built by a man. Sure I get some women will say I know women who can do x, y, n z, but really don’t think women are going to stop their cushy office jobs to take over everything the men do that’s very intense physically? Too many women complain they want equality, we don’t need men. But the minute a girl is getting her ass kicked on the streets or robbed they slam men for not helping. Honestly women were given rights by men, not because some girl was standing outside w her sign screaming while burning her bra. Men gave them those powers, which can easily be taken back. But who are the ones who are keeping that from happening? Other men. Because let’s face it there are men who would like to out women back in the kitchens w no choice, but it’s other men who fight against these men to keep that from happening. If men all of a sudden said tomorrow all women are by law required to go back to their homes, be a house wife, etc. It would happen. Sure some women may fight back physically but in the end they’d be dragged out of there.
