i'm late 30s and i knew about mental health deeply because of my own struggle with my mental health. i remember when i join this site before i was on my late 20s and i often come across mental health wuestions but i find it strange because in my country mental health it's more like it doesn't exist.


When i struggled with my mental health i felt alone. i tey to talk to the people around me but they couldn't get me which i actually understand. And so if you live in a country where people are more open to mental health struggles be glad

Definitely missing my youth and the fresh adulthood experience. If only I didn't have to feel like I was planning and working for many years on my great escape from what little different it is from an actual prison camp.

No, she was deep into her 18th almost 19th. I’m met her on the phone dating service. We hit it off. We had a connection. We lasted for 7 1/2 years we traveled the world

Mmm… Finally quit my job and went back to school. Have had tons of fun declining invitations and saying no. Made a promise to never put work before my health. I’ve said it plenty of times before but I’ve learned to not give AF about a job that doesn’t give AF about me 💁‍♀️. If I get a part time job and they bug me , I’ll just quit 🤷‍♀️. My tolerance and willingness to deal with BS is no longer there.

I had a personal crisis, I started thinking about my whole life and everything I regretted. I also felt "old". Fortunately those days are gone, I feel better now. However, I still miss my 20's.
