trust me, it is way worse to be a guy and 5'3. short women are more desired. not that tall women aren't awesome, but generally guys go for girls shorter than them, and so do girls go for guys taller than them. be thankful you're not a guy that short, your life would be miserable for something you can't even control

This is pretty toxic ngl. Although I agree that being a short guy is harder, to automatically say it'll lead to a miserable life is bullshit. You can't speak for all short guys. In fact, im at like 5'4 and in no way whatsoever has my height impacted my life so much that it made me miserable. I've actually seen men shorter than me that are the happiest men I've ever seen. Look at Peter Dinklage. Does that dude give a fuck he's a midget? Nah that guy is confident as hell and mad cool. Definitely generalizing, there is no "worst" Height. That's a toxic mindset. People are the Height they are, Height doesn't define you.

My mom was 5'-2" I don't remember anyone ever ridiculing her over it. Average is 5'-4". 5'-3" is very typical height for women. I would not consider you especially short. I can't imagine this should affect your love life either. Whoever is making fun of you needs a life.

That's the worldwide average. A woman is seen as short if she's under 5'2 in my opinion. If people make fun of you for being short find something to make fun of them.
