Why does dating get harder in your late 20s?

Sexual energy seems to dissipate after the 20s. Women’s fertility certainly does and that is lost instinctive draw. Personally, I have just about banged every type I desire to sample and so I don’t really try very much anymore. I usually just mop up anything that shoves it in my face anymore. I am transitioning into having fun in life and leaving behind this animal instinct and all of its wasted energy. Also, the environment is changing such that the masses seem to be losing interest in sex overall due to horrendous harassment laws, psycho-unstable feminists going bananas, and possibly hormonal water pollution. I just thought of something writing this. At work, I overheard two women talking and one was discussing her date. She has several kids already, divorced, and she sighed long winded and said, “yeah I have to go out on a stupid date tonight.” I mean she was suffering with this the thought of this date. She sounded exhausted and worn into the ground. Anyways, the current lifestyle of a woman working, dealing with maybe kids, and just being through the mill knocked it out of her. She was around 35.

Your pool is all men your age and older... shrinks every year due to deaths and dudes getting married. Mens pool is all women their age and younger. Some are getting married but the pool overall grows every year with new young girls. So its only getting harder for women and typically gets easier for men. Women your competition is all the girls younger than you. Men it doesn't really work like that for us. Our competiton is just men who earn more and are more confident just better than us, not much to do with age specifically

I think dating just gets harder as you get older in general. Because the more you learn what you do and don't want, the more challenging it is to find that person you feel something electric with.

Because all the good people have gotten married by then, only leaving behind the trashy sluts who have now decided "I'm ready to settle down" on their last few eggs left, and the men they still don't consider "good enough" for them, because they're less than an 8 out of 10 and/or under six feet. At the very least, most of these men don't actually deserve to be alone, unlike the women pushing 30+.

My answer has been already mentioned by another gentleman here; women have highest sexual mean value (SMV) in their early 20s and after a certain age (determined by genetics; lifestyle; competition, etc) decline rapidly. Men on the other hand have a completely different dynamic where sexual value peaks much later starting from early 30s, stays high for much longer, and falls more gradually.

Dating is always hard. But, I also think there's less available/single people, which narrows the field. Other circumstances come into play as well such as where you live, etc. You get busy with jobs etc also and have less time to look or date. Lots of factors.

We've also heard a plethora of "war stories" of our brethren being bled out by malicious harpies. Does putting your head in a guillotine & giving your S. O. the rope sound like a good idea to you? Once you are out of college, the opportunities to find a date become smaller and smaller.,. Potential dates are married or in relationships and off the market.
