I´d go for B, C, or probably D (if you know a nice one, you can afford). A is the possible worst you could make because you can´t talk so there is no way of getting to know each other. Another thing that is pretty popular in Germany is poetry slams. It´s a place where modern poets present their texts to a rather younger audience. The Poets are most times not professionals but rather anyone can apply to bring a text there.
The poets compete for a prize, that is either some kind of medal or a certain amount of money like 200€. While listening to the poets the audience can vote and they choose the best poets. There are several rounds, after every round a certain amount of poets fall out until three poets determine the winner among themselves.
It´s quite fun because the topics can be about nearly everything and there are always breaks where you can talk and drink something. I´d do that probably for a date as well if I´ve ever get the chance to.
