@tanisa  No, it's not bad at all. No, it does not make you unattractive. Having a bad attitude and personality would make someone unattractive. How tall are you? Do you have any (admittedly shallow) height requirements in guys you look for? Wait, you said you're 5'9" in the comments. For me, that's the bare minimum to be tall, as a woman. As far as why men go for short women. 1) Most women on the planet, like 90-95% of them are short (under 5'7"). 2) Women are notoriously picky and shallow when it comes to height and these men figure shorter women will give them less crap for not being tall men. 3) There's a subconscious thought in society that short equals feminine and tall equals masculine. And while that is generally true more often than not, it doesn't at all mean tall women are automatically masculine or short men are automatically feminine. Personally, I adore tall girls the most, but being less than six feet tall (180 cm), they sure as hell don't want to have anything to do with *me.* But ideally, we'd be like this.

Not really. I think guys like both short and tall women.
i think shorter women can seem more feminine and make a man feel quite masculine. So I do understand why you question things.
but I think there are also a lot of good things men like about tall women too. Clothing tends to sit nicely and elegantly on taller women. That’s why models need to be tall. Because the clothes present better on a longer body. So even though shorter women tend it be more feminine looking often it’s taller women that look more visually appealing.
also, I am a short woman and I think the reason shorter women often get men over their taller counterparts is they can be a bit more pushy. Like my ex boyfriend I dated for years he actually liked taller women lol. But somehow he ends up with me because I sort of didn’t allow taller women to be an option to him. Like hey look at me kind of thing. Taller women don’t tend to do this I find so sometimes get overlooked as being lesser attractive to men, but really just shorter women are a bit more pushy I think lol.

It's no unattractive. I'm 5'10 I never felt unattractive due to my height, I like my height. Some guys might be intimidated by the height, making them feel maybe less masculine, maybe it's just because of society that they're conditioned to look for someone shorter but I'm sure that even among them, there are guys who prefer a taller woman.

Tall women are pretty darn hot, the only drawback is on the dance floor. I love dancing with ladies that are shorter and petite. I can take a lady that is 140lbs or lighter and basically toss her on my shoulders with zero effort once a lady gets up to 160+ lbs it is extremely hard to just toss them on my shoulders.

I used to love women I was taller than but when I met my girl who as almost as tall as I am, I fell literally.

No but guys shorter are more likely going to avoid you because guys already know if a girl 4'9" considers and guy under 6' short and they only want guys who are over 6' what good is trying for a girl taller than them? Makes no sense in doing such a failing task.

Not at all. I'm 6'8 and 215 lbs. I've had crushes of all sorts from 5'2 to 5'10 and the tallest (current) being 5'11. When she's in heels she's almost looking me in the eyes and it's incredibly hot to find a woman who can almost stand equal to you.

Personally I find them attractive being tall women is like being rich women for example poor guys are insecure so they won't approach you while many rich prefer intelligent and women who are their equal same way short guy won't approach you because they're insecure while many tall men love tall women
