Being a tall female?

I've always been insecure about my height from like early teens. Started being taller than boys at school. Then as I've got older and interested in dating scene many guys aren't interested. Many short girl friends say comments like i wouldn't want to be your height. I stopped eating because i thought i could make myself skinny to compensate for being tall because most men only like cute short girls. I wanted to make myself small in anyway. I just feel really manly no matter how skinny or feminine i am. Unless you want to be a model its useless and you have to be pretty for that. I wish i was shorter. I'm 5'11 but average height for men near me is 5'9. Dating a guy shorter than me would make my insecurity worse.

You the same height as me, yes it tall for a girl, technically having tall genes is better than having short genes, but yea it makes a girl look masculine, nothing that you can do about it.

5’11” is taller than average for a girl but it’s not a bad thing. It may feel that way because you’ve hyper focused on it for so long and people have made snide comments about it. Not to downplay how you feel about it, but from a guys perspective, I’m 5’11” as well and wouldn’t even consider height as a factor if I was dating.
