They guy i am seEIng says he doesn't like my personality, he says i am a non social mean person. While i am ambitious kind and calm. I do have friend through co workers and family. I do live with him untill i have my own place. But he had sex with a few times and after he had his way he says i am not his type... im kinda hurt

It sounds like he just used you and now wants to throw you to the curb. I'm not saying he should like your personality, how social you are or how you treat people, but it's preferable to get to know people before becoming physically intimate with them. When we rush into relationships before we know each other, there is a great chance it won't go anywhere. It's not uncommon for guys to lose interest after sex if an emotional bond wasn't formed in advance. Take time to form that emotional bond before sex, if you want something that lasts.
