I feell in love with a guy who smokes weed, dropout works a dead end job , and i the opppsite anti drug, office educated type, i love him and want him, he doesn't want me, why?

Could be for loads of reasons but what's important here is:
1. Did he ever show interest in you to begin with? If he never did, it is very unlikely that he ever will. You can't change his mind.
2. You're too available. Naturally, as human beings, that's not intriguing and believe it or not, but at the beginning stages of a relationship this is important.

Is he bound to love you back because you're better than him? He doesn't like you because he thinks you're too good for him, or he's simply not attracted to you/interested in you that way.

I think you already know the reason why. You're anti-drug and office-educated. Being together with you means that he has to buck up and change a lot of things about himself, like quitting weed, getting a better job, etc. Worst of all, if I fail to change, I might get reprimanded by you, leading me to lose my self-esteem even more.
