Smoking and yellow/unclean teeth. Goes hand in hand actually, it's easy to tell if someone is a smoker by their teeth. And since I fall for smiles the easiest, it's really a make it or break it kinda thing for me. Once a guy seemed kinda cute and then when he smiled, his teeth were kinda yellow and obviously stained from smoking... Not cute anymore.
