What's your biggest turn off?

Honestly there is quite a list and I’d be challenged to settle on just one for the top spot , that can change depending on the experience or the effect on me.
The top of my list right now is women who don’t seem to understand what it means to be feminine, which if you haven’t guessed already is what I find most attractive even though it may seem obvious at face value. Females should be feminine right? … WRONG !! .
I’m not talking about the clothes they wear I’m talking about the attitude , the language, how they carry themselves. , how they interact etc. so many times I’m introduced to women and I can look at them appraisingly and think “ your well presented , attractive … then they open their mouth and I think… wtf happened 😂
For people in general, I’d maybe say lack of empathy or selfishness.
For a ladyyyyyy…

…. besides the obvious stuff like poor hygiene and yuckmouth and all that😷, it’s probably jealousy/trust issues. I just can’t buy tickets to that show again🙅♂️
Arrogance and bragging, or boasting.. I can't stand people, who think they're superior to others and treat their own subjective opinion/preference as an objective, universal truth, belittling, or putting down anyone with a differing opinion. I'm also allergic to cultural snobs & elitists, who gatekeep art and act like all mainstream art, music, literature are automatically inferior, or weaponize their talent to exclude those they perceive as less "cultured"
Also, anyone who discriminates or makes fun of people, based on their looks, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, age, gender etc.
Thanks 😊
Trying to purchase something online and even after you have filled in all the the blanks for all of their questions I'M STILL NOT ABLE TO BUY THE ITEM!!
I entered my email address and it says it belongs to someone else. Duh! That someone else is me from trying to buy something else a while back ago and couldn't complete their maze.🤬🤬🤬🤬

Someone who talks about themselves way too much and gloats. It's infuriating. Drives me crazy.
Dishonesty and hypocrisy. Once I spot either I’m out.
Anyone that puts other people down
Any drug use and someone that's arrogant. Confidence is attractive but being arrogant and conceded is a major turn off.
Manipulation tactics and abusive behavior. I hate when women try to "test" me. Messing with a women's emotions isn't ok, why would you think it's ok to do the same to men? Shit's emotionally abusive!
If you want to know something just ask! If you fail to show your can communicate and you choose to only play games, you already failed!
Arrogance, Full of themselves, Ignorance... and DON'T USE THE PHONE, when i'm trying to Have conversation/date/dinner with YOU! Not with your Device!!! 🤦♂️
I know, there are too many, and the "list" is not finished, but these "devices" they DIVIDE US, a lot! 🤦♂️😅😂
Well that is a good outcome, if it made you laugh...😉😅😂🤣
shit talking others
it just rubs me the wrong way unless its valid like bad drivers lol
When new age, self-help, neuro-bullshit or CBT is mentioned under a favorable light.
Then I found myself a very very bad start for a happy chat 😂
I was afraid someone would call me out on that one haha
Because I need an elaborate enough convo to talk about this hmmm... I come from France, from the 80's, when CBT didn't invade yet the academic landscape. Saying this because, seen from the US, CBT has a different storyline since it has gained a lot of popularity there. It's a kind of EU vs US cultural contrast
I view CBT not much differently from neurosciences and self-help, I think those three are interconnected philosophically.
They all seem to want to blend hard science and soft science, which I think is a bad mix, because hard science overrides , tending to view minds as machines, simplified machines, that's a big issue I have with this approach
Plus I have a political clash with CBT, like any field viewing the world of people as an item list populated by machines, it is exactly the political philosophy I'm fighting against because I don't want this world for my kid
Also, I don't attack CB therapists nor CB patients, I only target the core of this all, the philosophy behind
Except CBT has well researched and proven benefits and actually part of hard science of mental health. In France however, you still have pseudoscientific psychoanalysts who are still reimbursed by the national health. It's not EU vs US thing, it's a very french thing.
You're misinformed. There is no such thing as refund for psychoanalysis by social insurance. There is hardly a refund for clinical psychologists, and it's very new, psychoanalysts aren't part of that at all.
Also, yeah I heard about these so called "proven benefits" lol, which is exactly my point here, hard science can be a trojan horse if invited to the wrong place, if we let hard science takes control then it will try to find evidences where there isn't, this is what CBT & friends is doing. Which is very appealing for govs because such a heavy organization must function with data, structure and nice results on a 30 pages report. Which is incompatible with people, because people aren't measurable, they aren't machines, and if they are then they are in the eyes of those who wants to portray them like this.
Oh there is a refund for that if done by a psychiatrist. Psychologists just recently started getting covered by public healthcare. Unfortunately you're misinformed about the benefits of CBT. CBT is inspired by stoicism and very much proven to help better than psychiatric medications. It's not only CBT, it's also DBT and other therapies. Neuroscience is also something that has been studied for a long time.
Oh boy, you're really deep into the rabbit conspiracy rabbit hole. Good luck with that.
Proven by circular reasoning and convenience yes, I already said what I had to say, and it's far from being my first encounter with CBT fans. I wonder if Stoics would be thrilled to be claimed by CBT like this, hard to say because they're all dead anyway.
As for the rabbit hole, well, I won't invite you to join me in the abyss of the mind, especially in summer. So...
@7Phoenix7
See, I predicted an unhappy chat, it happened 🫤
Then it had at least interest for one person haha
Someone who's rude to people they consider less than themselves. Everyone deserves respect, children, adults, servers, janitors, if you look down on someone for doing a service job you didn't have a chance with me
That's because you're a good person ☺️
Aww ☺️... Thanks
Girls who require milli-metre precision on their clit. Left a bit... right a bit... aw you missed it again.
A stupid man. There's nothing worse than a stupid, ignorant man. Ew,, get away from me.
Stupid people --- because they don't know they're stupid so they try and convince everyone that they are.
Crappy service /labor providers, aka, "professionals" who know less than I about their job.
Arrogance, immaturity, and narcissistic tendencies.
Cruelty to animals and innocent people unable to protect themselves.
Smoking, entilited/selfish personality, extremely obese/overweight and not a dealbreaker but more of a preference is thongs
Nope
Never liked thongs
disloyalty, and lack of empathy and commitment.
Religion. Also eating chicken, wearing contact lenses, hurting a cat or having a weak chin.
The penis over all other things ruins it for me. Could be the best lady ever but the dangler is a red line…
😅😅
Bad hygiene, smells bad, being fake, promiscuity (past or present)
I dunno. Stupidity? Lack of hygeine? Obesity? All of them are a deal breaker.
Hard to pick just one but I'd say being unhygienic.
It's hard to pick just one. Physically I got to say tattoos. Personality - any woman that thinks she is better than other people.
Cheating, ignoring me if she claims to be in love with me, not hygienic, lying and not sharing and telling me truth.
Physical, personality-wise, or her sense of fashion?
Any.
Ok, for example, personality-wise, I don't like if she's passive/submissive.
I like dominant girls ;)
Lol
When did you realize that you prefer that type of woman?
When I was a teenager :D
Interesting lol
Really? What's so interesting about that? :P
How do you think it started?
Once I saw a really hot girl wrestling her boyfriend, she pinned him down, and apparently, he liked it a lot.
I guess that caused the effect in me 🤭😳😊
I'd have a blast with you lol 😆
I knew you were going to say that 😂
fish lips, huge fake boobs, narcissist, smoker, drug user, on their phone all the time
These celebrity talk shows like Drew Barrymore or like Entertainment Tonight. Turning on the news and first thing you hear is about the Shaun Combs trial. Hearing too much about J Lo or the God damn Kardashians. Celebrity bullshit is garbage.
Passive aggressive behaviour might be near the top, especially if someone has a constant habit of doing it
Dirty nails biggest pet peeve of mine
Dishonesty. Promiscuity. Being anti family.
obesity, smoking, narcissism, feminism, dishonesty. probably in that order.
