No, I personally would not.

The reason is that those people that behave oddly often have a deeply rooted psychological issue and their cognitive thinking and behavior are not aligned with their gender.

This behavior would probably cause a number of additional problems in a relation besides the traditional issues couples face. There are enough conflicting situations that need to be addressed when you are together with somebody without having to take care of those that have no reason to be.

This is just my point of view and should I ever want to be dating, I would ensure that the person does correspond to my expectations and does not have kinks/fetishes or other potential conflicting behavioral attitudes.

I mean Im a lonely and hopeless romantic, that just wants someone to be there for me. I do kept my feeling hidden during the phase when im bullied at school (a popular doesn't like me so her followers bullied me) but i do want to express my feeling just that its hard unless i feel that i have someone to depend on. No sure if this would or would not cause problems for my future relationship.

It is sad that you have been bullied because of your like. However, there are a lot of people that can see over this issue of yours and that appreciate you for whom you are.

Loneliness will only make your liking more apparent. Openness is the key word for a happy relationship and if your future partner can accept that you cross dress, then no other opinion matters.
