You shouldn't, there shouldn't be any legal reason for it as long as you are able to do your job.
The only case I can think of would be if you were a driver mad that medicine would somehow impact you cognitive function (sleepiness,...). Otherwise I would guess much higher risk of losing job would be leaving any psychologically problems untreated as they can progressively worsen.

Depends on your job. If you have a safety sensitive job or a security clearance you will need to do through a few hoops, but normally you can keep your job.
What sort of job do you have?
The best person to ask is the doctor prescribing the medication. They shouldn’t be putting you in such a position. Ask questions. Be clear.
As far as I'm aware, psychologists can't prescribe medications. Only psychiatrists can
