I mean not completely, would prefer to stay home than go out and wouldn't go out alone unless you came along. Doing things alone for the first time are scary for my anxious brain, simple things like going into a new gas station for bread.

Good lord no. I know that this is probably a somewhat insensitive perspective, but if you can't handle the basic rigors of things like going into a new gas station for bread then the life will not go well for you. I am a risk taker by nature. I need to be surrounded by people who are living on the edge of life; the sorts of people who are comfortable doing extreme things as a basic lifestyle. If you are uncomfortable going into an unfamiliar gas station by yourself, the life you live is not one I could have for myself.

I wish you well, but this is a total dealbreaker for me.

life has made me this way, struggling through school and being sheltered by parents. it isn't exactly a life choice and that I choose to be afraid, its a mental issue that I can't seem to fight off very well. But it's understandable, some people are just built differently

I get it, and I'm not saying that it is your choice, but I don't see how it could change without something significant change to your mental/emotional health. I just know that it's too big of a lifestyle difference for me.

I would love to actually. I struggle with social anxiety and i feel like i could relate more and be there for someone who struggles with the same thing and vice versa
