Would a girl keep looking at you if she felt unsafe among her Surroundings?

As a man of color I already get nervous in situations like this because I already know I’m going to be a target as a potential threat. She kept looking at me non stop. I was just sitting in the car and this chick was getting gas. I wasn’t driving so that’s why I was sitting in the car. Every time I looked up from looking at my phone I saw her starring.

This doesn’t happen all the time but I will encounter paranoid women like this from time to time. Unfortunately

I’m sorry women have to worry about this. Crazy guys attacking them but I tried hard not to look at her because I know how girls get but still she can’t seem to stop looking at me

What happens if you just give a calm smile and look away? Act like a cop would. Sort of reassure with body language?

I’m a long time working dog trainer so I’m more about body language communication myself. I train at distance too. Just trying to think though my experience with that.

To me that is what I look for in situations like that.

Why would I smile? She’s not making me comfortable, she’s treating me like a criminal. So why would I want to make her comfortable?

I get your point. It is something that bothers you to do but it would be most likely to give you your desired outcome at least in that moment. You know? Compromise? Sometimes it’s baby steps to change the world.
