Five years, at this point, but if we count all the time before my first girlfriend, then 24 years before that.
I'm single because I'm short, unattractive looking, overweight, don't have a high ego, not the kind to "buy" my way into a girl's heart through monetary transactions (simping), don't want to be taken advantage of, won't date someone who isn't right for me and who I am not right for, and value being myself more than changing everything about who I am in order to fall into some woman's good graces.
So yeah, women just don't like anything about me, and I can't make myself taller. But at least I'm free to be who I truly am, so there's that.110 Reply- +1 y
how tall are you?

@lightbulb27
Who, me? Or the OP?
I'd rather not say.
It's either mediocre/sh*t-tier, or just "short." I prefer the latter than to be compared to worthlessness.
I'm the same height as Stacy Keibler. - +1 y
Oh @lightbulb27 I thought you were talking to me

@MCeetah - you since you flagged it as a justification. curious, it's all relative... there is a norm but I wouldn't make that a criteria for not finding a mate. I was told I was ugly, it did a lot of damage for a while. Im short, I have a girlfriend. most everything else you list is changeable. You are intelligent and communicate well, likely would thus have good conversations. that is a value many would value. but if you shoot yourself down first... they will too.

I had a similar defeatist and directiknless attitude at your young age. You may not…and it’s a choice to take the risk. After 50 years I finally found a girlfriend. She put a lot of the work in to make it work. I was alone that long. I was going to write a mytake on this subject but in essence…it’s good to have someone to love and mutual support. Didn’t say it’s easy and you may have to work in yourself…challenge yourself. I’m we met in gag 5 years ago and live together and now.

I’m done with dating @lightbulb27 tired of the dating world and dating - the climate is too much

6 years due to a spiritual and mental breakdown. Once dad was resuscitated after 4 attempts I just kind of broke. that was literally all i had for family. So almost losing him that day REALLY messed with me.

+1 yI've never had an official relationship where someone came out and called me her boyfriend before so... technically, never had one.

I've sort of had short-term relationships. Nothing ever really physical or emotionally intensive though.
Just sort of dating around. Hell, one was even an emotional affair with a married woman who I actually thought loved me.
I haven't really been lucky in this arena.
Hell my current crush is even taken. - +1 y
I'm scared of being 25 and still a virgin and then what value do I have to any woman? And I'm 7 years out of high school and 5 years out of Uni and women will hear that from me and go "what the fuck is wrong with him?" even IF you're waiting. It terrifies me to think about. It terrifies me to think about how any woman I end up with and most men had relationships and lost their virginity in high school and had dozens by my age and... I'm me.
I'm just fucking terrified. I'm terrified of being that worthless. Not just to someone but everyone. But that's where I'm heading.
It's exactly why I'm just trying to pour everything into my music career, my girls (dogs) and hobbies as well as bothering my crush (we're friends) with random memes hoping to erase those feelings and just smooth them over with the warm fuzzy feelings from doing shit that feels like it matters.
5 years now and handsome as F**k. I don’t see it but people tell me and the girls love me. I’m an introvert so I live a happy lonely life. You be you love.

Well find someone love. Because life could be difficult for a single women as they age. Think of home repairs, self injuries, possible home break ins etc. I’m currently starting to look for someone. A year ago I got a leg injury while jogging. I ended up in crutches and boy I got to say sometimes it be better if I have someone that can help me out in hard times. You’re still young so go for it.

You just haven’t found the right guy yet. Is introvert deserve each other because we understand each other. You can be in one room and I’ll be in the other 😂. We will eventually find someone. Now stop channeling that negative energy out into the world and just feel that one day the right man will come by just not now.

Still looking though, but I’ve never been single by choice, that’s not hard to do at all, nobody asks guys out normally
- +1 y
Maybe casual dating so at least you have someone to do things with
- +1 y
At least I’m not, I’m actually looking for a relationship as rare as that is these days
- +1 y
It’s a waste and a lot of men are now modern and in these movements it’s a no for me - I stay to myself and remain single. My family doesn’t expect me to date and I don’t bring anyone home for them to meet it’s pointless ( no guy is worth it - it’s the mentality of most men now I won’t deal with and this haterd a lot of men have towards women
+1 yUhh still single and going? So 26 years gonna be 27 soon.
