So I have this bigger friend of mine, she's quiet and very sweet. Wouldn't hurt a fly, she can be funny sometimes.

She packed on some weight, but has been working to get under 200 lbs. Anyways, we always take her cause she's unattractive. She's got a pretty face but I take her with me for a confidence booster. No guy ever comes up to her and if someone does I always come in the middle of them and "steal the guy" she's talking to. My male friends and I discovered her sister who looks like a model. Is beautiful. Am I a bad friend? She needs a reality check, no guy wants a fat girl. But I don't know how to tell her?

Yes, you're a bad friend for taking her along just because you think she's ugly and for "stealing" guys that she talks to. Kinda rude, and you're just using her. Pretty sure she already knows she is fat and that doesn't need you to tell her. Being fat isn't about not knowing, there are often many other issues in place.

She already knows, you don't need to tell her. Everyone knows. But that doesn't mean she knows how to magically change herself, or maybe she just doesn't have it in her.
That being said, some people date heavier women so it's not like she'll have zero options, but she's most certainly aware her options are limited.
Tell her will only make you both feel awkward.
