Girls, Do you ever get too nervous to text a guy you like?

There is this girl i really like but I feel too nervous to text her. It's almost like it's stressful messaging her in fear she won't reply to me. I also feel like I'm bothering her and she will think I'm annoying

If she likes you she won't be annoyed unless your like texting her all day and night or something that she can't get anything done or talk to anyone else, lol. Just text her a few times and if you notice she's not responding right away, maybe back off alittle and text less. It's kind of like a dance, something the dance is fast and upbeat and other times and slower and more drawn out.

If I was her, I'd rather you spoke to me in person. However, I realise that for some guys this is pretty scary, which is why I'm always polite if I reject someone. It will be easier if you can somehow get alone with her and not have other people around. Good luck

Absolutely! I fear to seem needy. It always goes the same way: I want to text him, I feel nervous, I take a break, then think "it's alright, I should show him I'm interested in him", send him the message. If I get a proper response (that is to say, I don't feel like I am making him talk to me ) then it's great! If not, I just move on, thinking I gave it a try.

I texted someone I liked because I missed them it's not quite the same situation as you're facing but I do think that I will be more nervous going forward after so many knocks.
It's apparently normal.
But maybe this means I'll tread with more caution.

I believe everyone who ever really liked someone has suffered this. Myself included. All the time. Sometimes I don't even text and find out the other person was with arms open, waiting for me to text as well.

It is difficult, but try. Send one text and wait for her to show interest.

The way I see it is that you text her and worst case scenario is she doesn’t respond. At least then you’ll know and have your answer.

But the girl I like does respond to my texts. It's more so just because I'm nervous towards her. But the stupid thing is I have known her for ages and we've spoken heaps

Yes. I remember when I first started texting my boyfriend at the time (when we were talking, not dating yet). It was really basic convo and I was so nervous that I was going to say something wrong and scare him off… So I held off on saying anything until I consulted my girl friends about what I wanted to say and how I should word it xD

I like this girl at my work. We talk everytime we see each other in person. She has definitely shown signs of treating me differently in a good way. Like she has a soft spot for me. We have known each other for sometime but she seems nervous around me now for no apparent reason.

She is a little slow with replying to my messages or sometimes she doesn't reply at all. But in person she seems like talking to me

When I talk to her she fiddles with the collar of her shirt everytime we talk. I noticed she tugs on her collar too and then looks down her own shirt which is odd. She even fiddles with her name badge too

It is normal to be nervous but i think that before you get nervous take some deep breaths and send the guy a message.
