Do girls get nervous about texting guys and Why?

For instance there is this one girl I told her I was working and was busy. So we didn't text for like 2 weeks then in a group chat we were in she kept mentioning my name and as soon I replied she kept the convo going.

If she really wanted to text me why not just do it I may be busy but Il still reply.
