Will a girl who stands at 5ft7 at 120lbs struggle to get decent guys?

That height isn't a problem at all. For me that's a really good height and I'm not even 6ft tall. It just depends on the guys preference but I'd say your height isn't an issue.
As for weight, it's hard to say a number because muscle weighs more and it depends where their weight accumulates. But it sounds fine to me, no problem at all!

No. That's literally considered ideal female height. And 120 to 150 lbs is considered ideal female weight. (You might be a little skinny, but are otherwise fine.)

That certainly helps her attract guys but it also depends on the rest of her looks. Does she have a small waist to hip ratio? Does she have bilateral symmetry and does she have smooth clear skin.
