You sound like one of those atheist dumbasses that talk about religion, but have never even been in the league to experience religion to begin with.
First, not every girl you talk to is going to be into you. Of those that are into you not every one is date worthy (never date crazy, for example). Of those that are date worthy, few are going to date, of those that you date, not every one is going to work out long term. It's likely that of those few dates only one long term with be true love.
So you see, you're not even at that first step, let alone talk about "true love," you get me? Dating apps try and skip a few of those steps. but they are like junk food and rarely worth the bother.
Yeah, I met the most amazing girl, and now I do believe that, even though I didn't really used to. Just used to hope so, but it wasn't the strongest hope either.
I'm not gonna act like it's easy to find, it took me 23 years and a strong of coincidences, but it's all about putting yourself out there, in the right places, and remember... The vast majority, the ones that don't show you interest, are the ones you probably wouldn't want to show you interest in the first place, when you look back later.

It does exist just not easy to find. I've heard it comes when you're not looking. Don't frown or lose hope because im sure there's a sweet lovely girl out there somewhere she feels the same way. In the meantime build yourself up and do hobbies that make you happy, travel,& spend time with family and friends! Love and be your best possible self. Im 23 and still haven't found it, i had a lot of bad relationships from rushing it. It's best to be patient and let things happen on it's own naturally.

You’re young. Don't give up hope just because of a few bad interactions. Love doesn't always come easy to people, it’s a weird thing… You meet people in the weirdest places and times and sometimes end up falling in love. That could be you. Don’t give up.

Yes, you can meet people that give you the warm and fuzzies you get along so well. You stumble across it. I wouldn’t have found it if looking.

What do you mean by true love? Whatever feeling you have for another person, that's certainly genuine, not "fake love". But don't expect your life to be a Shrek movie.
I don't think it exists in today's society. Too many self centered, shallow people f-ing everything in sight.
