Even if in your office is allowed to do so but also because love is love? If you were in this couple shoes, would you still keep your relationship or break before things get complicated. When I was working in an company (I no longer work there since 2019 but I lasted there 15 years) there was a lady who now is 23 but when she began working in the company, she started when she was 20. The years passed and she started to get along real well with another coworker, who is 15 years older than her (she is now 23 and he is now 38). So they started to like each other when she was like 21 and he was much older of course (15 years difference). The guy before meeting this coworker he was involved with another coworker who was just 5 years younger than him. He started dating this other chick before the new one was hired in the office, they dated maybe 2 years they had an on and off kinda of relationship, to the point of she cheating on his coworker with a guy she alredy knew before, like a friend or something (the friend was not an employee of the company) . During this on and off relationship she got pregnant and people int he office thought the baby was the coworker`s baby, but it turn out it was not his, it was her friend baby, what a relief for the guy, so the lady broke off with the coworker obviously and she got married with the father of his baby, like one year later. Since they were an item and broke off in not good terms, the lady coworker did not even cross words or communication with her ex, she did not like to talk to her and if she had to for work reasons she used other coworkers to be her messenger, even if both were coworkers at the same company. Anyway they broke off and this new much younger lady got hired in the company, well it seems they hit it off well that they began to have some kind of a relationship like one year after the new lady was hired but not so serious still.
