• Patience, flexibility, adaptability. These are key components both people in a relationship must commit to. Every relationship will fail without them
• Compassion, the ability to empathize (to put themselves in someone else's shoes, without having literally experienced the same thing she has)
• Listening - the desire and dedication to do it. People can't just talk, wait for their turn to talk, or zone out whenever they feel like it because something's not interesting or important to them
• Talking. We love to hear our man's thoughts. Please don't shut us out
• Honesty. Females don't require brutal honesty the way that men do/prefer/crave, but general honesty is important
• After a certain amount of time getting to know each other (maybe a few months), the man must have clarity on what he wants out of the relationship. It doesn't need to be defined, labelled, limited, locked down, right away or early on, but eventually he does have to voice what he wants, what his end goal is
• Loyalty (if they've both chosen to be in a committed relationship together)
