A lot of people here have great answers. I'm going to compile all the points I agree with and add my own.

Using @martian13 points,

We want to feel useful to her.

We want to feel loved (know that she's loyal, gives us quality time, physical touch, words of affirmation, and potentially acts of service).

Respect, attention, gratitude, compassion, care, honesty, and loyalty

And finally my own... compatibility.
Compatibility is extremely important when it comes to partnership. I believe compatibility is basically similarities. The more similarities you have with someone, the more likely you'll be compatible. Opposites only attract in the sense of man and woman, taller and shorter, stronger and weaker, dominant and submissive, older and younger, etc.

Compatibility for me is stuff like similar views, interests, sense of humor, way of thinking, communication style (not language, but just the WAY you communicate with each other), direction in life, etc.

The more similarities you share, the more you will agree on and less you'll have conflict, have experiences you'll be able to enjoy together, make each other laugh, understand each other, and feel good that you're both aiming for the same place in life (not talking about job or location, but more so how you want your life to look like)

Trust to actually want a relationship with you and not just looking for free meals or drinks. being open and honest are very important qualities and sincerity is a must. I want a woman I can spent my lifetime with, someone who supports me as much as I support her. She's my confidante, my best friend, and can be the love of my life, one who I don't have to worry about using me to enrich her life for her own selfish purposes. But is a true companion in every way. I hope that's not asking too much in todays world.

You'll never get a more accurate opinion on this, most guys think they know what else they want but I'm guessing you actually want to know what we need to be happy and content and those things are to feel useful (which gives us purpose and makes us feel like we're wanted or need to be around) to feel loved (this is just universal) to be taken care of (help out with the things mom would do) do these things for us and we will be happy and undoubtedly faithful (given there's no un-dealt with mental trauma that would cause it) hope this helps!
