He says he is fine that I see other people but gets jealous?

So this guy and I like each other, he said its fine if I see other people as its my life and I said the same thing but then he gets jealous when others give me attention or even when other guys comment on my posts. He said he doesn’t want to risk me meeting other guys.when I look good or go out he gets clingy. I don’t know what he wants he says one thing but does another.

I think he wants to be fine and make it appear to you he doesn't care but after all he is human and it seems he has emotions attached to you.

Yeah, I think so too. He wanted to comment on my posts that I’m his or something because he was jealous of other people giving me attention but didn’t and he did this after he said it’s okay if I see other people. So I’m confused.

@Anna1725 I think he isn't being truthful when he says it is fine to see other people. His actions are speaking louder than his words. I would sit down and talk about what issues he has.

You can reassure him at that point that you are only interested in him and not others, should that be the case.

yes, he thinks it ok, but in reality he is not ok with it.
He may just care for you more than he is letting on.
