I meet a beautiful girl came to Canada to see her aunt, my mom is friends with the aunt. one day they come over to my house then I meet her. we went out and nothing happened, we were just friends. later i find out she really like me, I was the man of her dreams, she was crazy for me. it was hard for her to move to Canada.
she move back to mexico and she married a guy. she is way out of his league.
in my eyes other guy is ugly but in her eyes he is handsome man.
not just about looks, there is soo much more when it comes to being with someone and start a new chapter of life.

This has happened to me. I will tell you, it still hurts like hell. HOWEVER, it would hurt SOOOOOOOOO much more if the girl was AS pretty as you, or prettier than you. It is the best case scenario when they are uglier than you. However- it still hurts like a bitch. Especially if they have something over you; like they are richer than you, or more high status in society than you, or have a better job than you. There's more ways to be beautiful or ugly than just "physical" looks..

I wouldn't care. His definition of pretty is different than mine. If I thought she didn't look pretty, I would immediately assume he's the personality type of guy (unless if he's a gold digger or smth else I don't know).

It would make me question if I'm ugly on the inside though. Or why I wasn't good enough.
