I got to the gym myself, daily. My health is huge to me especially since I am now in my 30s. Although, I have dated and/or talked to multiple “gym rats” and let me say, those guys are just not my type. They’re boring and shallow. And lack a LOT of confidence. Every single one of them were actually even more feminine than I was. Gross. I’m not saying they are all like this, but all of the ones I’ve dated, these are personality traits you notice instantly.
