Can you see a bulge or junk bouncing when we wear certain shorts? Is that attractive?

I wouldn't say that I check out guys at the gym, but I do take a look every so often, and I certainly notice when there's an attractive guy.

As for any visible bulges or junk bouncing, sometimes I notice (not because I'm specifically looking at it or for it); I wouldn't say I'm necessarily turned on or aroused by it, although sometimes, I'll admit, I can appreciate a nice bulge. For bouncing junk, I'm thinking to myself why isn't he wearing something with a little bit more support.

I'm not a male, so I can't really answer that, but from my female perspective, a bulge just indicates that he possibly has a decent-sized penis. A bulge doesn't indicate to me that his junk is loose or lacking support. When I notice a bulge, it's just that, a bulge and not moving. Bouncing junk indicates to me that his junk is loose and doesn't have support, that's why it's moving around.

It's all about preference. Some women may or may not find bouncing junk attractive. For me, I'm more indifferent if I see bouncing junk... like I wrote earlier, I'm thinking more about what kind of support his junk has, I'm wondering if it's uncomfortable for him that his junk is moving so much. (As a female, it would be highly uncomfortable to be exercising if my breasts bounced around like that).

Sometimes. But there are very little hot guys who hang around the treadmills.
The hot guys are lifting hahaha. Sometimes there are guys there when I lift, but they're usually gone when I get to weights.
