That would depend entirely upon how rapidly a person matures, and that will vary from person to person. However, it's usually the early teens, around the age of 14.
I don't think kids are mature enough to actually have a relationship until they are like 15. Before that they are just friends who try to imitate adult things.
There is no proper age. I've known married couples who met in first grade (age 6) and became friends, and others who didn't meet until they were in their 40s.
Going by my own experience. 6. Because that's when I did. It opens up experiences like a apatizer before a meal. Jus gets you ready so you know what to expect for the future. So you're prepared and hav some jokeish unserious experience , cos why not?
My current (and first) relationship started when I was 17, and it's been almost 3 years now. I think it depends on the two people for the most part. Some are ready to start at 14 some are at 20.
Beyond 18 I guess the exact date doesn't matter. For me, it'd be once I finish all my studies and begin to have a stable career. However long that takes.
17-18. Kids shouldn’t be having sex or jumping into relationships so long. It’s puppy love and most don’t understand the consequences or responsibility of raising children or working a good job.
Probably as soon as they find a match, for sex though i'd say age 20 at the earliest. If they find them any time before that, they can just promise to save themselves for eachother.
Their is no proper age one of my friends great grandparents got married when the woman was 14 and the man was 16 they had a long happy marriage and provided a warm loving stable household and raised good functioning adult members of society
I slept with my girl - friend when I was 16 and we were together for 3 years. So I think your harmones will tell you when to start a relationship. There is no right age. But take in account for the legal right age if you don't want to go to jail...

I think teenagers should have notions of how to have a good relationship.

When you're physically and mentally and legally ready.
This right here.

Whenever you’re mature enough to handle one. For some that comes later in life

Love begins at young age , no idea about relationship because we learn while we grow into the roles for some of might be instantly right.
Fir some they might have 2 or failed realtuonships but the learning part from everything still remains
There is no "proper" age to start, it is whenever you are ready.

18 or when you're actually aware of the decisions you're making
I’d say 15 or 16 but in general I agree with the second part of what you said

I started dating when I was 13 but relationships didn’t truly mean something to me and I didn’t feel truly in love with someone until I was 17.
I think teens dating is fine but that can end in pregnancy so
the thing is to tell them to wait to at least age 16

Don't relationships start the day you are born? (Judge a guy by how he treats his mother?)
This topic is Pandora's box for me.
I was 20 when I started my first proper relationship. I thought it was a bit too late then and still feel like that now.
