Not a problem at all. Real people have scars and marks on their bodies and is something that you shouldn't feel bad about.

nope, last lady I dated had a surgical scar in a rather "intimate region" due to reconstructive surgery after a difficult birthing... at first she was really self-conscious about it... (I think it was a big deal cosmetically to her man child of an ex-husband.) Anyway, I didn't mind flipping that script because to me, scars are like tattoos with better stories... oh, and always fun targets to plant loving kisses. yum. XD

If you have had a boob job... in that you have fake boobs, saline bags tucked inside of you (or whatever they are made of now) then yes... it would bother me. I hate fake boobs... I hate that the girl was so vain and shallow that she thinks smaller breasts are unattractive and that she paid someone to cut her breasts.
I wouldn't date such a girl long term.

Anyway, so if a girl had a natural scar... a cat scratched her one time or she had cut it sometime... I'd not care.

Going to a hospital to pay someone to operate on your boobs, getting before and after pictures taken of yourself to be on file for life... the vanity involved... that would be a huge turnoff.

I had extremely saggy breasts before and literally had no self confidence at all
It's basically reconstructive surgery
It wasn't done out of vanity at all

Most guys wouldn't even notice the scar. Those that do might ask you about it. Don't think a small scar would bother anyone. Most people have one or two scars, it's part of life.
