Am I stupid for going on a date with my bosses niece?

I’ll be honest I was thinking with my dick when I asked her if she wanted to go out for drinks but the date went amazing ( she has an amazing personality and is absolutely gorgeous). We actually have a date planned this upcoming weekend (mini golf).

Treat her respectfully and you shouldn't have any problem with the boss. But I think if things progress, a conversation needs to be had with her about telling him. Depending on your positions in the company, it could cause some issues at work that should be addressed or at least acknowledged and kept in the open.

Does your boss know? How does she feel about the situation if her uncle finds out? Is it a secret? What type of relationship is this? What are your intentions with her... cause if this goes to shit and she feels more for you when you're just being casual your career can kiss your career goodbye. So tread gently.

I think that it's better if you focus on the relationship with her, and not the relationship with your boss. I think your boss will respect you more if you make her happy, not your boss.
