That depends. Short guys that are rich, good looking, good personality, and good body can have the potential to be womanizers. I would say you can get by with good looks and good personality but you won't attract a huge amount of women. If you're average at best and short, then it will be hard. I think the biggest womanizer who was a short guy was Prince, 5'2 or 5'3ish. Also Michael J Fox also got a lot of ladies crushing on him in the 80s he's 5'4. Both of these guys though were famous so its possible without their fame they wouldn't be liked by women.

I'm a short guy. Never really thought of my self as short. I was a successful athlete in high school and college. I had a great body (from being an athlete) I was never afraid to talk to any one. The prettier the better. I met my wife of 20 years by inviting her to sit next to me on the bus. She is amazingly beautiful
