Doesn't matter they knew, they don't owe anything to anyone.
If my partner cheated on me, I wouldn't blame the person they did it with to any extent, they are totally irrelevant.

The whole idea of a "homewrecker" is a coping mechanism.
People just don't want to accept that their partner is a piece of shit, so they look for excuses so they still can live in that illusion.
