Another person told me “you probably can’t change his mind” after I asked them how can I make this guy who told me he isn’t interested in me find me attractive.

This all depends on whether you haven't shown him something he finds desirable and attractive or whether there is something about you he finds unattractive. If I like fresh food, so I take you to a restaurant where the food is still crawling across your plate, could I convince you to eat the food?

If you have held back showing him your true assets, you can open his eyes and help him to see value in you. If, on the other hand, he is gay, and you believe you are woman enough to turn any gay guy straight, you're wasting your time and energy. Everyone has preferences. Respect the preferences of others as much as you'd like them to respect your preferences. Just because someone is your preference, that doesn't mean you are his preference. How likely are you to alter a significant preference in yourself... even if that preference is based only on a bigoted belief?
