Giving up on dating?

I’ve accepted it’ll be very hard to find someone who wants marriage and commitment nowadays… less more meet my standards and beliefs..

Has anyone gotten to this point yet?

I have been a loner for over a decade. I have wanted a husband and children for years and I am at the point where I am slowly starting to stop pining for that. Just let it go. I am also waiting for sex in marriage.
Today I was thinking about how maybe I should stop imagining my future as me meeting a man and becoming a wife and having babies, and instead imagine me being a celibate loner woman. That marriage and kids dream is getting old for me.

I think good men that we are looking for are out there. I just don't want to waste my daydreams thinking one will soon find me and save me. Lol. Been waiting to get saved by a man for years now. It's just getting boring at this point. It feels I have exhausted almost all my imagination power. And yes many guys are not suitable and are just not even men. It would be another thing if we were surrounded by masculine men who had the means and will to step up. But whatever. I am not interested in pantywaste little boy-men. That would be like dating child.

I wish there were more women like you two who have standards and aren’t willing to compromise. In all things, human beings will rise to the level of expectations, and in dating and family life women set the standards of behavior by which men must live and compete. The sisterhood by and large have swallowed feminist lies that having fun is what matters, and most guys will take what is offered until strings get involved, then move on to the next victim of feminism who will lay down for them Consequence free until they won’t. Most younger guys who don’t have to bring anything to the table won’t, but neither do most younger women. If sexual access is all but guaranteed with someone somewhere because of the cultural value shift that took place after cheap effective birth control became available, there is no incentive for most men to work out or get a good job or develop a personality. If women in larger numbers started acting like most of their grandmothers did regarding sexuality, men would have to get their acts together and bring something to the table to earn a woman’s time and respect. I can just imagine what the brainwashed feminists will rebuttal to it: feminism is about women being free, getting equal pay, and a voice in society blah bla bla. People love using words to cover the reality of what is going on. The cold hard reality of feminism is the damage you described so well.

Women are free under feminism: free to use and discard once they realize they are giving away the milk and he’s not going to buy the cow. It always seemed like a two pronged attack against young women by their older feminist sisters: utterly devastated their confidence and self respect by impossible beauty standards and brainwashing that men won’t take anything less, then telling them to live like a man as far as sex and work are concerned, and presto the communist plank of destroying the nuclear family is accomplished. Look up the Ancient Greek play Lysistrata.
