If you honestly think you wouldn't be leading her on and that your feelings could develop then I'd give it a few more days and then say it to her. You could also use that time to figure out if there's any reason why she wouldn't want a relationship... what I mean is, she might like you and be attached to you but maybe she's in college or something and for that reason can't formally commit to anyone and hence she's looking for hookups. But either way I think if you wait a few more days then she's unlikely to reject you because she'll get really attached and won't want to lose you. That's if she wants to spend time with you aside from sex and if you indulge her.
